Under this unique initiative our valued business partners make their commitment to their staff and the wider community.
This consisted of 3 core commitments;
- To promote and encourage learning and discussion on mental wellbeing in the workplace
- To proactively engage with all of its staff to provide services and systems which are designed to have a positive impact on mental wellbeing
- To acknowledge a corporate responsibility that is instrumental in changing the way mental health is dealt with in the community

The Platinum commitment shows large businesses’ serious commitment to mental health corporate responsibility to the community.
This could help 16 people each month access one-to-one counselling, or 4 people attend a Wellbeing in Nature Connection and Communication weekend experience.
Hopen Gold
£400 per month
The Gold commitment allows a medium-size business to demonstrate its belief and commitment to mental health corporate responsibility.
This could help 8 people each month access one-to-one counselling, or 2 people attend a Wellbeing in Nature Connection and Communication weekend experience.
Hopen Silver
£200 per month
Small businesses who are keen to show their commitment can easily do so, demonstrating a true grassroots commitment to mental health corporate responsibility.
This could help 4 people each month access one-to-one counselling, or 1 person attend a Wellbeing in Nature Connection and Communication weekend experience.
